Your personal data are processed using IT and telematic tools, with logic related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure data security and confidentiality.
Personal data may be disclosed to:
– Technical and IT service providers (e.g. Aruba e-invoicing service)
– Accountant and tax consultants
– Public bodies (Italian Revenue Agency)
– Judicial or administrative authorities, to comply with legal obligations
Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected:
– For contractual purposes: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and for the following 24 months
– For tax and accounting compliance: for 10 years as required by tax law
– For legitimate interest: until the limitation period for enforceable rights expires
Data are stored on servers located within the European Union. It is understood that, where necessary, the Controller may use cloud services; in such case, service providers will be selected from among those offering adequate safeguards, as provided for by Art. 46 of the GDPR.

– Obtain rectification, completion or erasure of such data (Arts. 16 and 17 GDPR)
– Request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
